The Eastern MI Chapter is providing a roster of chapter members via the web.  Use the following link above to HFMA National’s On-line Membership Directory to access the roster When you select “HFMA Directory”, not only can you search for members of our chapter, but you can also search for all your HFMA colleagues by name, company, and location - regardless of chapter!  Using an on-line directory ensures that you always have the most up-to-date contact information.  In choosing this option for our members, the Eastern MI Chapter Officers and Board believes we will be able to better serve our members’ needs by reallocating chapter’s resources to providing you with excellent educational opportunities.

While accessing HFMA National’s On-line Membership Directory, you may view your current contact information and make edits to your profile.  You can also view any products you have ordered, events you have registered for, your CPE credits, your Founders points, and more!  It is vital that HFMA has your correct information, so please take a moment to review your record now. By doing so, you will ensure that HFMA continues to provide you with valuable information and insights that further your success.

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE FROM HFMA

 This is a Limited Use License. The Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) hereby grants the HFMA Member who is a recipient of this electronic or printed membership directory of the Eastern MI chapter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, personal and non-transferable license to copy the enclosed data on a single computer and use the electronic or printed membership directory solely for the purpose of contacting individual HFMA members for personal or professional reasons.  This directory, or any parts thereof, may not otherwise be reproduced in any form or by any means now in existence or later invented without written permission from HFMA.

If you are not an HFMA Member, you have not been granted a license to use this directory, whether or not it has been distributed to you by HFMA.  Any use by a non-member infringes HFMA’s rights in the directory, including its copyrights.  All such rights will be vigorously enforced.

 The HFMA Member Recipient, by accepting the membership directory, hereby agrees to be legally bound by the following statements:

1. Recipient agrees not to provide a copy of the directory, or the information contained therein, in either electronic or printed form to any other company or individual for any purpose and specifically agrees not to use the electronic or printed membership directory to promote or market any commercial product or service to HFMA members through mailings, telemarketing, or other methods. 

2. Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the membership directory is copyrighted by HFMA, contains proprietary information of HFMA, and is protected by the United States copyright law, state trade secret laws, and international treaty provisions.

3. When Recipient ceases to be a member, this license to use this directory is automatically revoked. If the directory is in printed form, Recipient must destroy it without retaining any copies.  If the directory is electronic, Recipient must remove it from the computer on which it is installed.

HFMA Retains All Rights.    HFMA reserves all rights in and to the membership directory.  HFMA expressly disclaims all liability for damages of any kind arising out of the use or performance of the products or services provided by these members and with respect to any errors or omissions contained in the Directory. Recipient agrees not to attack or otherwise challenge the title, copyright or copyright ability or any other rights of HFMA in and to the electronic or printed membership directory.
